A customer is counted as any unique contact in your database who receives at least one communication from Tribly during the month. Inactive contacts are not charged.
Are there any setup fees?
No setup fees. No hidden costs. You only pay the ₹3,999 monthly platform fee plus ₹8 per active customer based on your usage each month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely! We don't believe in long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime with no penalties or cancellation fees.
What happens if I exceed my estimated customer count?
Your billing automatically adjusts based on your actual customer count. You'll only pay for what you use - ₹8 per customer per month.
